dear bloggy,
just came back from Handball MSSKL in Sekolah Sri Saujana. What did we get?!? We got first! Yea, kinda cool, didn't expect that, noone in my team did actually. Haha, actually I didn't play much, only awhile. Why? I dunno...Encik Salleh says he didn't want me to get "cedera" because he saw my wound on my arm this morning. Yea, it looks kinda hideous because I fell on the road while I was taking my timing for running last week. (yea, clumsy me) but it's all dried up now. Everyone would shiver whenever they see my wound. Well, I also think I'm not a really good handball player. I'd be lying if I said I was really happy when I didn't get to play much but of course I'm happy that my team made it to first place. So now we get to play in the Inter-zone Competition =D (between zones in selangor, i guess).

So, how was the whole thing? I can't remember the exact scores but the most memorable match was against Taman Tun School because the girls there were barbaric. oh my god, you should see how they play handball. It's not even handball anymore, more like rugby if you ask me. I'm sure everyone could remember girl No. 10 who seems to scream for no reason. Like when she wants her teammate to pass the ball to her, she will scream. nono, not scream, shriek. I'm not even exagerrating. That team would do anything for the ball. They would dive, kick, struggle, push, anything...for the ball. Xin Ying got pushed and fell, causing a long scratch on her leg...all the way from the knee (heard that ming? xin so kesian...better sayang her). Kristyn got pushed too, until her contact lens went out of place. Because of their barbaric moves, we lost by 1 point.

The Semi-finals was damn "lepak" for our team. We beat them 8-1.

and guess who we were against for finals? Taman Tun! surprise surprise. haha, but I think they were too aggressive til they used up all their energy. When they finally reached the finals, they looked tired and one of their players had leg cramp. If I'm not mistaken, it was that no.10 girl. Oh yea, I'm no. 10 too, by accident, I wanted no. 6 (me & ws' bday! hee^^). That girl was shrieking like hell when she had a leg cramp, we all actually thought she was faking it because she always shriek anyway...

We beat Taman Tun 3-1. We were so happy, we were screaming and jumping and group-hugging. Then we took lotsa pictures of us taking a bite of our medals (pretending lah..) and kissing it too. Zat was damn chunn...our star player. Atikah too, she has earned a new nickname : Rugby Girl. Hui Eng scored lots of goals too, they called her shooting machine, damn funny! There were also chun shots from Kristyn and Mei Yen. Joyce was a very cute(& good) goal keeper. Yen Wei also! haha, let's just say everyone played like pros.

Most of the players who played often were covered in mud from head to toe. The field was seriously muddy and the smell was really bad. I was only covered with a bit of mud so yea, they wanted to dirty those who were still "clean". Yun-Ni was first, they were like pulling her to the mud and she's like "nooo....don't kena my face!"

I stood there watching, thinking "heehee...luckily they never kena me" but they found me! and I was like "nooooonooooo" screaming there....and they actualli lifted me up by carrying my legs and hands. So my butt was mudified (ok, i know there's no such word).

Even though I didn't get to play much, I have to admit it was a fun experience. To be able to skip school =P and spend time with my friends. Oh! and there was free KFC too! I'm still very full right now...Tomorrow's Games Carnival and there's Handball but everybody seems to not care anymore because they're so tired. They were even planning to draw for every house. Lolz, who knows? we'll see...

phew, what a long post...thank you for reading if you managed to read the whole thing.

*takes a bow*
