Gender? I dunno...sometimes male, sometimes female?
Lol, male of course! that should clarify some doubts.
1. He has to be nice
not nice as in mr. goody two-shoes or mama's boy (some are cute tho).
Nice as in he has a heart, he's nice, not only to me, but to ppl around him.
What's best is he doesn't expect anything in return and some guys don't even realize how nice they are because they do it purely out of sincerity.
2. He has to have a sense of humour
yea, i like funny guys, definitely not those try-hard funny guys who crack jokes just for the sake of it but those naturally funny kind, who just wanna have fun and enjoy life.
someone who can make me laugh and cheer me up when I'm down =)
3. not too much sweet talk
There's nothing wrong with sweet talks if they're sincere
and hey...every girl wants to feel special and know that they are being loved and cared for BUT too much sweet talk can lose its magic.
So, I'd prefer a guy who knows when to sweet talk but not allll the time.
4. He has to be understanding
i'm sure this is pretty much on everyone's list because every single girl wants to be understood. Sure, it may be hard to figure out what a girl wants but being there for me and understanding my needs will make me appreciate the guy more.
i'm weird, so just understanding that is good enuf.
5. He has to be a good conversationalist
i think this is really important because there's no point being with someone if i can't even have a proper conversation.
We don't have to have a lot of things in common, just as long as we can chat with each other without any akwardness.
imagine talking with someone for hours and 50% of it is silence. oooo...pure torture i tell you! what's the point of talking then?
6. He has to give me space
I need space. I seriously do.
I'm already someone who's lacking freedom from my parents so if I can't even have freedom to have some "me" time...I'll go crazy.
Of course I do want attention from my ideal guy but too much is not good.
7. He has to be carefree
carefree ppl, they make problems seem less serious, they look on the bright side of things, they make the world more cheerful! =)
so, need i explain more?
8. He has to look acceptable
so shoot me, looks do matter. noone can deny that. but since this is about my ideal guy, of course I want him to look good.
Not drop dead gorgeous, I'll have to chase away bf-snatchers, worry whether I'm good enough for him and be called "the ugly partner".
He has to have a look that doesn't make me cringe when I look at him. (oo..harsh).
pheww...that's done. well...actually the most important thing is my ideal guy has to be himself. of course I have to like him for him that is...but sometimes a guy may have all the good qualities, it doesn't mean i'll definitely like that guy (altho there's a huge possibility :P).
sometimes i can't explain why I like that person. There's no reason for love.
