that shall be my motto from now onwards
Why I wanna quit coffee?
1. sure, it keeps me eyes wide open in the morning. but by afternoon, there'll be a drastic drop in my energy level.
2. I had difficulty in trying to focus and recall things (etc. what someone just said to me few minutes ago). In short, my long-term memory works fine but my short-term memory's all screwed up.
3. It's dehydrating, bad for skin. I know I can counteract by drinking lotsa water but why not just quit coffee right?
4. I always wake up miserable and grumpy until I get my morning fix. I wanna wake up refreshed!
Today's my 2nd day without coffee
mood : better than the 1st day
Day 1
I woke up miserable and grumpy. AND remained miserable and grumpy without my coffee.
The whole day was alright except I was extremely blur and Starbucks kept taunting me everywhere I went. Damn you Starbucks! Why do you have to be everywhere?!
Everything was manageable until the evening...
when i got a MASSIVE headache.
I only took panadol when I could no longer bear it.
Coffee addiction does cause you headache and for those who are interested to know why..
