Last night, I went...Line dancing!
Hahaha, the moment I told Jia Xin, she was laughing like mad. (Is it because I'm dancing or because of all dances, line dancing?)
Hui Eng was like, "Isn't that for old people?"
Well, my mum persuaded me to go.
Mum : Go la, you can just come and watch us only...
Neighbour's house...
Aunties: eh girl, why are you sitting down? Come and join us la.
Me : errr...
Aunties : Haiya, come la.
I called Gloria to join me too, haha, so that I won't be the only teen there. Wanted to call Shang Mei and Cha Yee but Shang's working and Cha's normally lazy to go for these kind of stuff.
Line dancing ain't that bad, the steps I learnt were kinda simple, mostly to do with footwork. Lemme just say some of the aunties especially my mum weren't very good at remembering steps.
Auntie 1 : Eh, those teenagers ar...can remember better than us.
Mum : Haiya, they all have got nothing in their head. No worries, don't have to think about so much stuff. We all have to worry about this and that, that's why cannot remember. (oi min! oi min! oi min & kia su alert!)
and to think that I already spent two hours line-dancing last night, my parents woke me up early morning at 7 am to go where? Do Yoga!
yerrr...they all ar...when I wanna join other stuff like swimming or learn tennis, they wont' allow. Then when I don't want to join, they'll force me.
Yoga was not bad, did all those stances. Not very good at maintaing a pose but I'm just a begginer ^^.
If you're wondering where I go for line-dancing and yoga, it's all around my neighbourhood. My neighbours are very united, they even have community meetings.
So, the mothers decided to have all these activities --> Line dancing/Yoga/etc etc
So, here I am with body ache. (nah, I'm not dat weak =P)
Oh yeaa..the community bought a basketball hoop and placed it in the playground! Yay! Now, anyone wanna come to my playground to shoot some hoops? hehe.
